INTEGRATED MOVEMENT

Integrated movement is crucial for daily activities, as it involves the coordination of the brain, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems. Recognizing asymmetrical movement patterns, imbalances, and poor posture and breathing habits can lead to tissue stress, pain, and dysfunction, restricting our full movement potential.

Neurological integration, at the brain level, is necessary to reestablish balance and change movement patterns. Furthermore, our emotional state, life stressors, and past experiences also influence movement patterns.

Addressing these factors is essential for optimal movement. Restoring balance involves techniques that enhance breath control, posture, grounding, parasympathetic nervous system activity, and manual therapy, to improve joint mobility and tissue function. These methods increase resilience to injury and promote functional movement, ultimately guiding you back to the life you aspire to lead.
